Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client—whether a child, teen, or adult—designed to support emotional well-being and overall mental health. Sessions offer a safe, confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at their own pace.
For children and teens, therapy may involve creative or play-based approaches that help them express themselves and build emotional resilience. For adults, the focus might be on gaining insight into patterns, navigating challenges, and developing healthier coping strategies. Each therapist tailors their approach to meet the client’s unique needs and goals, creating a supportive path toward healing, growth, and self-understanding.

Couples Therapy
Trained in Level 1 Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), our therapists goal is to help you and your partner delve beneath the surface of anger and frustration, uncovering the vulnerabilities that lie beneath. Together, we'll navigate obstacles such as communication barriers, resentment, and resistance to change. EFT, developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, is an evidence-based approach rooted in attachment theory, focusing on fortifying emotional bonds between partners. Through the stages of de-escalation, restructuring the bond, and consolidation, couples learn to identify negative interaction patterns, communicate needs effectively, and solidify new patterns to enhance connection and promote relationship satisfaction within a supportive therapeutic setting.
