I’m a Registered Psychotherapist working with children, teens, adults, and couples. Stress, anxiety, low mood, and life transitions can quietly build over time, leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others. In relationships, this can show up as ongoing tension, miscommunication, or a sense of drifting apart. Individually, it might look like constant overthinking, burnout, or a feeling that something just isn’t quite right. Whatever has brought you here, part of you knows something needs to shift.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a trauma-informed lens. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and free from judgment—so you can begin to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll work toward strengthening your resilience, deepening self-understanding, and helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned and meaningful.
