Affordable Therapy. Meaningful Support
Therapy should feel accessible, financially, emotionally, and practically. Our affordable therapy program offers lower-cost individual and couples therapy with carefully selected graduate-level intern therapists who are completing advanced psychotherapy training under clinical supervision by a Registered Psychotherapist.
Your first session is free!
How It Works
Getting started is simple. Begin with a free 20 minute consultation by phone or video to briefly connect with your therapist, share what you’re looking for, and ask any questions.
From there, your first full therapy session is completely free, giving you the opportunity to experience a full session before deciding whether your therapist feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to continue, if it feels right, you can book ongoing affordable sessions from there.
