My approach blends practical, present-focused strategies with space to explore the deeper roots of what’s getting in the way.

I work with individuals and couples, helping clients notice and shift unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and feel more confident in handling life's challenges. Therapy is tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Gottman Method, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT- and DBT-informed practices.

With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, and my own lived experience as a parent and partner, I understand the ups and downs of relationships, caregiving, and life transitions. My practice includes children, teens, adults, and seniors.
