Hi, I’m Janice!

Not everyone needs deep, intensive therapy. Sometimes, you just need someone who gets it.

Life can start to feel confusing, heavy, or oddly unfulfilling. On the outside, things may look fine—you’ve done what you were supposed to do, worked hard, kept going. And yet, there’s a quiet sense of something isn’t quite right. You might feel behind compared to others, worn down from years of being the responsible one, or newly aware that growing up with an emotionally distant or alcohol-involved parent still influences how you relate to yourself, others, and your own sense of confidence.

My style of therapy is approachable, genuine, and human. Sessions don’t have to feel formal or intimidating. Think of it as a calm, reflective conversation—one that helps you make sense of what’s been shaping you, what no longer fits, and what you want more of moving forward.

We’ll take time to notice patterns, reconnect with your values, and recognize strengths that may have been overlooked. There’s room to talk about disappointment, uncertainty, or the parts of life that don’t match what you imagined—without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything right away.

If you’re a woman who’s been holding it together for a long time, questioning what comes next, or simply wanting a steady, supportive space to think things through, this may be a good fit. You don’t need to reinvent yourself—you just need a place to pause and begin again from where you are.

Support is here when you’re ready.
