For couples, this can show up as miscommunication, emotional distance, recurring conflicts, or a feeling like you’re no longer on the same team. For individuals, it might feel like overthinking, self-doubt, or carrying a heaviness you can’t quite explain. Either way, something doesn’t feel right, and you’re wanting it to change.
I work with both individuals and couples navigating these challenges, whether it’s internal struggles or relationship patterns that feel stuck. Together, we slow things down, understand what’s underneath, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected, helping you move toward a stronger sense of self more meaningful, secure connections.
