Hi, I’m Cathy

A Registered Psychotherapist with over seven years of experience supporting teens and families in both hospital and community mental health settings. My practice is focused on intervention, parent coaching, and helping families navigate the complex emotional landscape that can come with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, OCD, depression, emotion regulation challenges, and other life stressors.

I provide evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and build confidence. My approach is client-centered and collaborative—I aim to truly understand each person’s unique experience and foster a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and compassion.
