Many of us spend years becoming who others need us to be. Then one day, something changes. A relationship ends, our identity shifts, loss reshapes us, or we realize the life we built no longer feels like our own.

I support individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, trauma, burnout, and grief. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, hidden, or lost along the way.

I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration, curiosity, and trust. While I bring clinical knowledge and perspective, you remain the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with transparency, offer tools when helpful, and support deeper reflection at a pace that feels right for you.
