Hi, I’m Alexandria!

I specialize in supporting children and teens who are neurodivergent — including ADHD, autism, Asperger’s, developmental delays, and more.

My passion lies in helping young people truly understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools so they can feel empowered and thrive in their own unique way.

I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to help them feel more connected to their child and more confident in meeting their child’s needs at home, at school, and in the community.

I deeply value each person’s unique strengths and believe that no one should ever be defined by a label. My approach is warm, client-centered, and eclectic — meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to best support your goals and needs. My goal is always to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you and your child feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

As a trauma-certified therapist with extensive experience in behavior management and youth mental health, I’m committed to creating a safe and compassionate environment where kids and families can feel understood. Together, we can strengthen relationships, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change — one step at a time.
