Hi, I’m Liz Lambert
I believe that reaching out for support is an act of courage and that everyone deserves to be met with empathy, curiosity, and care. My approach to therapy is deeply client-centered and grounded in the belief that healing happens in a safe, respectful relationship where you feel truly seen and heard.
With a Master’s in Social Work and a background in Psychology and Sociology, I bring both strong clinical skills and heartfelt compassion to my practice. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I am currently in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful method for helping clients process trauma and emotional pain.
Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or identity exploration, I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and reconnect with your strengths. I work with teens, and adults, always honoring one’s individual pace and story.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to yourself and to the life you want to build. Therapy isn’t just about healing past wounds; it’s about discovering resilience, rewriting your narrative, and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
